We sat down with Dr. Ashley and Sarah Armstrong, the Strong Sistas, to talk about their health journey and their most recent venture into regenerative agriculture. Their health journey has taken them from a predominantly plant-based diet to one that is based around animal foods. In the process, they’ve healed from eating disorders and autoimmune conditions.
Ashley received her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Illinois and Sarah received her bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and post-grad studies in Integrative Nutrition. Recently, they’ve decided to drop their career plans, move out to a farm, and become first-generation, regenerative, female farmers. Their mission is to improve human health and the health of the planet by changing the way food is grown & raised.

This is our first "in-between" episode where Dr. Gary decompresses from the crazy world of the modern medical system.
DR. GARY TURNS A VEGETARIAN COUPLE TO MEAT!
It's always hard to help patients who have their minds made up about plant-based diets. They don't seem to realize their "magical" diet is what's causing all their health problems. This is one of the few times Dr. Gary got through to someone and the results are amazing.
